Sri Jiva Goswami

Srila Jiva Goswami was one of the Six Goswamis, a group of close devotees of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu who revitalized Vrindavan and formalized the doctrines of the Gaudiya tradition. Guided by divine visions of Nitai‑Gauranga, he left home at a young age. In Vrindavan, he served his uncles Sri Rupa and Sanatana Goswamis with deep humility, wrote the Sat‑Sandarbhas, and revealed the philosophy of Achintya‑Bheda‑Abheda (the oneness and difference between the Lord and His Shaktis).
