Tradition
Bhakta Ramadasu, also known as Bhadrachala Ramadasu, was a 17th-century Telugu saint-poet and devotee of Lord Rama. He is traditionally associated with the Khammam region and the sacred town of Bhadrachalam on the Godavari. Today, Ramadasu lives on through Bhadrachalam, through his kirtanas, through Dasarathi Satakam, and through the living bhakti of Telugu-speaking devotees who continue to sing his love for Rama.
