Sri Annamacharua of Tirumala

Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya, lovingly known as Annamayya, is one of the most luminous voices of devotion in Indian spiritual history. Born in Tallapaka near present-day Rajampet in Andhra Pradesh, he transformed his life into a continuous offering of sankeertanas to Lord Venkateswara of Tirumala.
