Sri Lalita Sakhi Dasi

Though born in the body of a man, Sri Lalita Sakhi Dasi soon realized her inner spiritual identity as a sakhi of Radharani. Her guru named her Lalita Sakhi Dasi, and she lived the rest of her life in that divine mood. She became known for her deep devotion and scriptural insight, often entering spiritual ecstasy during her talks on Radha-Krishna’s lilas. It is believed that Radha and Krishna themselves came to hear her.
